David Seifert - Senior Pastor Dr. David Seifert is the Senior Pastor for Shelter Cove Community Church, providing visionary leadership and teaching the Word of God. David received his undergraduate degree from Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana (MRE), a Master's Degree in New Testament Studies from the California Graduate School and a Doctor of Ministry from Grace Graduate School. He has also received an honorary doctorate of divinity degree from Scofield Graduate School and Theological Seminary (www.scofield.org.uk). Nick Andrade - Pastor of Administration Nick is responsible for all administrative and operational functions. After earning his bachelor degree from Biola University with a minor in Biblical Education, Nick served nearly 18 years in Sales & Marketing with Fortune 500 company's Sara Lee Corporation, Ralston Purina and Foster Farms Poultry. Nick has served in various roles at SCCC within the ministries of Children, Men's Prayer Teams and as Director/Elder. Garth Aderholt - Pastor of Outreach & Equipping Garth was raised in Modesto and attended Stanislaus State University before answering the call to ministry. He continued his studies in Baton Rouge and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Southwestern Bible College in Waxahachie, Texas. He married Beverly and the Lord blessed them with two wonderful children: Taylor and Summer. He has served nineteen years in ministry with youth-college and career, Outreach and Evangelism, short-term missions, pastoral care ministries, and as a Bible teacher, and instructor. Joel Dorman - Pastor of Worship & Creative Arts Joel leads the Worship and Creative Arts Ministry and seeks to bring all art forms to a place to honor and glorify Christ. Cliff Harper - Director of Children's Ministries Cliff and Susanna have been married for 16 years.They have two children, Jacob-12 and Bethany-9. Cliff has worked in areas such as Evangelism Explosion, taught Sunday school at the 2nd and 5th grade level, and been involved in Men's Ministry.Cliff and Susanna have worked together in the areas of Junior High, High school ministries and Young Married couples. Excitedly they answered God's call to be a part of Children's Ministry in 2005. One of the greatest joys next to a child asking Jesus to become their forever friend and Savior is when kids see everything is more fun in the Son. Kristin Seifert Cuddle Cove (Nursery) Director Kristin is Shelter Cove’s Nursery Director and is responsible for developing and leading our ministry to infants and toddlers (through kindergarten) and for supervising the efforts of our dedicated staff of volunteers. We call our ministry to infants and toddlers “Cuddle Cove”. Cuddle Cove is more than baby-sitting; it is a true ministry to our precious little ones. Cuddle Cove is in operation during our weekend and mid-week services, for special church events, and as needed for other church activities. Kristin earned her BA in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Early Childhood Development while attending Westmont and Stanislaus State. She has spent most of her life involved in children’s ministries and caring for children. Kristin and her husband, Jon, have been married for 16 years and have three children. |

Ryan Loche Associate Worship Leader Ryan is responsible for worship at the Saturday Night LIVE service. He also oversees the Young Adult, high school, and Jr. high worship ministries. He is currently completing a Bachelors of Music Technology at California State University Stanislaus. Ryan is married to Charity and their son's name is Judah.
